Community Service

Community Development Programs

My social work extends far beyond school boundaries into comprehensive community service initiatives. I actively run and support multiple community welfare programs that address basic needs and promote overall development.

Social work initiatives include:

  • Regular food distribution programs for needy families
  • Running and supporting Anganwadi centers
  • School administration and management
  • NGO operations focused on education and environment
  • Cleanliness drives in public places, anganwadis, hospitals, and fairs

I have installed sanitary vending machines and incinerators not just in schools but in various public spaces to improve hygiene standards across the community. The de-addiction campaigns conducted among parents and in the community have helped many families overcome substance abuse problems, creating healthier environments for children to grow.

Capacity Building & Training

I conduct various training programs to build community capacity for sustainable living and environmental conservation. Children receive training in hydroponic farming, learning how to grow plants without soil using water-based nutrient solutions. This modern farming technique opens new possibilities for agriculture in areas with poor soil quality.

Training programs include:

  • Hydroponic farming techniques for children and adults
  • Herbal plant cultivation and usage workshops
  • Seed-ball making for reforestation efforts
  • Composting and organic farming practices
  • Natural healthcare and traditional remedies

Every year on Earth Day, students create seed balls from seeds collected throughout the year and distribute them in the community for widespread plantation. This simple yet effective technique has led to spontaneous greening of the area as these seed balls germinate during monsoons. Teachers voluntarily donate their time during vacation periods to continue teaching and guiding students, demonstrating exceptional commitment to education.
